Maureen Ambriz  

Mrs. Ambriz is our elementary art teacher and our junior high Art teacher. She has formal art training from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Mrs. Ambriz started her art career as a commercial artist while staying at home raising her children. She has been teaching at Redding Christian School for 11 years.

Marti Bigelow  

Mrs. Bigelow teaches junior high and high school Math. Mrs. Bigelow has her Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics with an emphasis on Statistics and she holds her Emergency California Teaching Credential. Mrs. Bigelow has five years of experience in education and has been with the RCS family for five years.

Heidi Brookshire 

Ms. Brookshire is a fifth grade teacher. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Simpson University. She has her California Teaching Credential and is the RCS Girls Varsity Basketball coach.

Maria Chamberlin  

Mrs. Chamberlin teaches high school World History and English. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts from Simpson University, Mrs. Chamberlin attended California State University Dominguez Hills for her Master of Arts in Humanities. She has her California Teaching Credential and has spent the last six years in education.

Philip Chao 

Mr. Chao is one of our fourth grade teachers. He has a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies from San Diego Christian College. Mr. Chao has his California Teaching credential and his ACSI Teaching Certification. He has been teaching at RCS for three years.

Sherrie Combs  

Mrs. Combs is one of our sixth grade teachers. Mrs. Combs teaches sixth grade at RCS. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Biola University, and has her CA multiple subject teaching credenial. She has over 20 years of teaching experience including three years in Germany and four years teaching in Japan with DoDDS. This is Mrs.Combs' fourth year at RCS.

Jennifer Di Giuseppe  

Mrs. Di Giuseppe is one of our sixth grade teachers. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Fresno Pacific University she attended Chapman University and acquired her California Teaching Credential. Mrs. Di Giuseppe has her ACSI Teaching Credential and has 14 years of teaching experience. She will be starting her seventh year at Redding Christian School.

Gina Doll

Mrs. Doll teaches French as a second language in elementary classes. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and her Minor in Psychology with two years at the college level in advanced French. Mrs. Doll has been with Redding Christian for three years.

Carla Griffin  

Mrs. Griffin teaches junior high Science. She acquired her Bachelor of Arts from Cedarville University and studied education at Georgia State University. Mrs. Griffin has nine years of education experience. She is beginning her second year at Redding Christian School.

Adelle Hall 

Mrs. Hall is our Pre-Kindergarten Teacher. She has attended University of Phoenix and Shasta College with an emphasis on Early Childhood Education. Mrs. Hall has nine years of experience in education and has been at Redding Christian School for the last four years.

Janet Henry 

Mrs. Henry is the Student Council Advisor and teaches junior high Bible. She has her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oregon State University, has 22 years of experience in education and has been teaching at Redding Christian School for 19 years.

Donna Higgins 

Mrs. Higgins is one of our third grade teachers. She has earned an Associate of Science in Nursing degree. She received both a Bachelor in Christian Ministry Leadership and a Master's Degree in Education from Simpson University. She has twenty-two years of teaching experience. Mrs. Higgins is in her fifth year teaching third grade at Redding Christian School.

Connie Jarrett  

Mrs. Jarrett is one of our fifth grade teachers. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Humanities from Biola University. She has her California Teaching Credential and and been teaching for 38 years. Mrs. Jarret has been with RCS for 20 years.

Mrs. King teaches high school English & Bible and is the RCS Student Life Advisor. She acquired her Bachelor of Arts from York College of Pennsylvania and her Masters in Education from Simpson University. Mrs. King has her professional ACSI Certification. She has 21 years of experience in education and has been with Redding Christian for 13 years.

Kristen Look  

Ms. Look teaches Spanish I and II and beginning Spanish for junior high and elementary grades. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Eastern Washington University. She holds her Washington Teaching Credential and did her student teaching at Mt. Spokane High School in Washington.

Mrs. Lund is a fourth grade teacher. She received her Bachelor of Science from Taylor University and her Master of Arts in Education from Ball State University. She holds her ACSI, Multiple Subject and Special Education Credentials. Mrs. Lund has 33 years of experience in education and has spent the last 14 years with Redding Christian School.

Melissa Mansfield

Mrs. Orr teaches elementary studies as well as Choir, Band and directs the annual musical. She has her Bachelor of Arts in Drama from UC Davis and holds her California Teaching Credential with 16 years of experience in education. Mrs. Orr has been with Redding Christian School for 11 years.

Gerald Piper

Mr. Piper teaches high school Bible, P.E. and and is the school's Athletic Director. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies from Shasta Bible College, a Bachelor of Arts from Simpson University and his ACSI Certification. He has spent 11 years in education and will be starting his third year with Redding Christian.

Mr. Schneck teaches Driver's Training, U.S. and World History, Government, Geography and Administration of Justice. Mrs. Smith is the junior high US and World History teacher and junior high Worship Leader.
