Administration

Mike Wenger   

Mr. Wenger is the Junior High and High School and Site Principal. He acquired his Bachelor of Science in Education and Biblical Studies from Biola University. Mr. Wenger completed his graduate studies at Oregon State University and Cal State Fullerton. Mr. Wenger has 11 years of teaching experience and has been an administrator for the past eight years. Mr. Wenger comes from a management background with 16 years at United Parcel Service and five years in full time ministry and has been with Redding Christian School for three years.

Erika Piper 

Mrs. Piper is the Pre-K through 6th grade Principal. She has her Bachelor of Arts in Health Education, her California Teaching Credential, California Administrative Services credential and her ACSI Administrator Certificate. Her graduate work is in Curriculum and Instruction. She has 11 years of experience in education and has been with Redding Christian School for two years.

Judy Hamilton  

Mrs. Hamilton is the Librarian and high school Guidance Counselor. She has her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and her Master of Arts in Administration. Mrs. Hamilton has 36 years of experience in education and has spent the last 8 years at Redding Christian School.

Gerald Piper  

Mr. Piper is the Athletic Director for Redding Christian School. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies from Shasta Bible College and a Bachelor of Arts from Simpson University. He has spent 11 years in education and is starting his third year with Redding Christian School.

Julie Marsh   

Mrs. Marsh is the Director of Advancement and Marketing for Redding Christian School.  She has extensive knowledge in business and marketing and is a freelance writer. Her educational background is in business and she has 14 years experience in administration. She previous ran a successful business for eight years before beginning a writing career.

Larinda Hughes 

Mrs. Hughes is the Office Manager at Redding Christian School. She keeps the office running smoothly and can often be found coaching junior high sports. She is in her 6th year at Redding Christian School.

Rana Luaces 

Ms. Luaces is the Finance Manager at Redding Christian School. She has 13 years of experience in banking several of those as an auditor. She takes care of accounting and payroll. This is her first year at Redding Christian School.

Laura Peer  

Mrs. Peer is our Registrar. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College. Mrs. Peer handles all registration and tuition matters. She is in her ninth year with Redding Christian School.

Kaylene Tate 

Ms. Tate handles all Human Resources for Redding Christian School as well as providing office support. She is beginning her sixth year at Redding Christian School.

Teen Weatherford  

Mrs. Weatherford is the school secretary at RCS. She attended college at Biola University and has spent the last 18 years helping Christian schools. She has been with Redding Christian School for nine years.
